Apa kerja kerani? Kerja kerani buat apa? Bidang kerja kerani admin? Cara-cara kerja kerani? Apa bidang tugas kerani am? Pergh banyak keyword yang masuk hanya semata-mata untuk mencari bidang atau tugas sebenar kerja kerani ini selepas cik tom buat entry; Pengalaman Temuduga Jawatan Kerani Admin. Bagi membantu sesiapa yang di luar sana dan berdasarkan pengalaman cik tom pernah bekerja kerani admin selama 2 minggu ni, cik tom akan share bidang kerja bagi kerani am dan juga kerani admin. Job description for general clerk are;

1. Understand and execute basic account & admin process (e.g: claim/leave application/payment execution/basic posting & others).
2. Proper record & closely monitoring & updating Cashbook/Petty Cash/Weekly Cash Planning.
3. Able to monitor PV & Cheque with efficient manner.
4. Prepare request for payment for monthly overheads & admin purchases as per required.
5. Check & recalculate staffs claim and execute on time.
6. Able to handle full set of account.
7. Responsible to issue management report on time with accuracy before adjustment is more than 90%.
8. Able to manage project report (profit & loss/ledger) and regularly update cost incurred.
9. Maintaining a proper filing system.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Provide administrative support to a department and/or Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

Job description for admin clerk or admin assistant are;

1. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
2. Meet and greet clients and visitors.
3. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
4. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
5. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
6. Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
7. Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, staff leaves, staff attendance
8. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
9. Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
10. Collect and maintain PC inventory.
11. Support staff in assigned project based work.
12. Provide office orientation for new employees.
13. Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
14. Other duties as assigned.

  1. saya pun pernah gak jadik cik kerani HR & Admin masa lepas habis belajar. temporary post untuk 6 bulan jek. time banyak kerja mak aaaiiii…tak cukup kaki tangan. time takde kerja. alohloh….siap menagih kerja dekat oranglain. ngeee…

    keje kat legal firm..buat yg urusan beli rumah..hehe

    best gak keje gtu..gaji byr hari sb akak kira temporary..
    masa tu thun 1996 kot dia byr rm40 sehari..bykkan..

  3. kekadang wan x faham la org keje ofis ni, maklum la sebab x pernah jadi kerani, contohnyer mcm manager, aper yer diorang buat duduk kat meja dari pagi smpi petang asik tekan computer jer, hehe

  7. salam, sebelum ini saya banyak jenis kerja yang pernah sy buat… tp baru2 nie sy dapat kerja sebagai Kerani Admin… dah masuk 3 bln pun bekerja tp masih sy tak faham akan skop kerja Admin nie… huhu… i hope after i read u post i can understand a bit about this job….

  8. saya baru dpt offer sbg kerani am or kerani inventori.. baca file meja ciktom nih cam susah jerk kerja kerani.. tapi saya hrp file meja ni dpt membantu saya menghadapi life baru saya nanti…
